Louie

"Special Needs" cat suddenly needs a home

This is Louie. He is about 12 or 13 yrs old. His owner recently passed away suddenly after a very brief illness. He needs a home immediately.
Louie was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia which left him with some motor skills challenges. He wobbles and runs into things when he walks but gets around surprisingly well when chasing after a bug or a toy. Except for his disability, he is a normal cat - he just needs some minor adaptations. For example, he needs a litter box with a top and sides to help him balance while he's in there. He also needs help getting in and out of the litter box. For feeding time, putting his food in a frisbee keeps it from getting away from him while he eats.
He has lived with another cat and dog without any problems. He loves to be scratched on his head and leans into you so hard he falls over. Louie loves to be cuddled in a blanket at the end of the day - he's very chatty.
